Tell me about the products you have available. We supply many more items than what you find in our office products catalogs. If it is something for the office, we can usually get it for you What you see in the catalog is what they have.
What happens when an item is out of stock or discontinued? We will backorder the out of stock item, suggest an adequate replacement, and notify you of what is going on. There is no need to reorder. You will need to reorder the discontinued or out of stock item without any help. It is all up to you.
Emergency? Rush orders? No problem! We usually take care of it the same day at no extra cost to you. No such thing! Box stores are not flexible and you are not unique to them.
What are your payment terms? Most of our clients are Net 30. We do not charge interest or late fees. Net 25, with added interest on late payments and no exceptions.
Who delivers? Our AnB drivers will pack and deliver your order. If you have a question, they will often be able to assist you. Very often, they will hire couriers and 3rd parties to make deliveries.
What is the order minimum for free delivery? There is no order minimum for free delivery. There is a $50 minimum for free delivery.
Am I, the customer, a number?  We don’t think so. We know our clients on a first name basis. And you will know ours as well. You are two numbers: an account number and a sales figure. That is all.
Are you here yet? Where is our order? If you are pressured and need the items you have ordered, we will page our drivers and find out exactly when you will receive your order. If it is time pressured, we will change our route for you. You have no eyes or ears…Your order will simply be there when it gets there. Between 9 and 5.
I need help with some items! No problem! Our experienced order desk experts are here to help and assist you with any of your questions. Trained for a couple months, you will be hard pressed to find the help you need.
Can I save on the items I order most, my favorite items? Each business is unique in their needs of products. We will customize a competitive price contract to meet the specific needs of your business. Price plans are usually fixed. Take it or leave it, you simply are not special.
Who handles installations, credit, and collections? AnB employees Box stores usually outsource these functions to 3rd parties.
What about savings from substitution items? In the interest of saving your business money, we will often recommend substitution items which are equal to the original manufacturer items in both quality and quantity. It is your responsibility to identify opportunities to save with substitution items.
How do your rebate programs work? We have substantial rebate and growth incentives programs which require minimal effort on your part. No forms to fill out or complicated processes. We analyze your account and calculate your rebate. Rebates are limited and generally require filling out forms and then waiting a couple of months to actually see the rebate.
